An Act to amend and reenact § 29-55 of the Code of Virginia, relating
to license fees to fish.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 29-55 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
follows:
§ 29-55. The license fees to fish only shall be as follows:
(1) County resident season license to fish in inland waters above
salt water, within the regulations and restrictions provided by law, within
the county limits of the county of residence, named on the face of the
license, with a rod and reel, or other method whereby artificial lures or
minnows are used as bait or to fish for bass or trout, one dollar.
(2) State resident season license to fish only, within the regulations
and restrictions provided by law, in any and all counties of the State,
three dollars.
(3) State nonresident season license to fish only, by any method,
within the regulations and restrictions provided by law, in all inland
waters of the State, ten dollars.
(4) City resident season license to fish only, by any method, within
the regulations and restrictions provided by law, in the city named on the
face of the license, one dollar.
