CHAPTER 338

An Act to amend and reenact Section 29-108 of the Code of Virginia, re-
lating to the breeding of certain fish so as to permit the breeding of
other species.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That Section 29-108 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 29-108. The fee for a permit to breed and raise rainbow trout and
brook trout for sale from a privately owned hatchery where the same are
artificially raised shall be five dollars.
