An Act to raise the maximum compensation of clerks of courts of record.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. ‘ 1. Notwithstanding any provision contained in Article 3 of Chapter
2 of Title 14 of the Code of Virginia, the maximum compensation author-
ized for the clerks of courts of record is increased by ten per centum.
