Act to amend and reenact § 15-222.4, as amended, of the Code of
Virginia, relating to adoption of proposed charter by consolidated
counties, cities and towns.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

That § 15-222.4, as amended, of the Code of Virginia be amended
reenacted as follows:

§ 15-222.4. If * a proposed charter for a consolidated city has been
