An Act to provide for permissive destruction of certain papers by certain
courts.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The judges of the civil justice courts in cities having a population
of more than two hundred thousand but less than two hundred twenty-
five thousand shall have power to order the destruction of, or to have
destroyed, all files, papers, warrants and actions commenced and which
have been dismissed without trial after the lapse of ninety days from the
date of such dismissal.
