An Act to authorize the hunting of deer in certain counties and to
prescribe a bag limit.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. Notwithstanding any provision of § 29-145.1 or any other
provision of law to the contrary, it shall be lawful to hunt and kill deer
in the county of Caroline at any lawful time and in any lawful manner
but the bag limit and sex of deer that may be killed shall be as herein
provided.
§ 2. The bag limit shall be one per day and not more than two per
season, one of which may be a doe.
2. This act shall terminate January six, nineteen hundred fifty-four.
