An Act to amend and reenact § 8.06 of Chapter 323 of the Acts of Assembly
of 1950, approved April 4, 1950, being the charter of the city of Falls
Church; the section relating to the sale of property for taxes by the

city.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 8.06 of Chapter 323 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950, approved
April 4, 1950, be amended and reenacted as follows:

- § 8.06. * Real estate * delinquent for the nonpayment of taxes * shall
be sold for said taxes. * The procedure for selling real estate for city taxes
and for the redemption of real estate sold for city taxes shall be the same
as provided in the general law of this State to the same extent as if all the
provisions of said general law relating thereto were herein set out at length.
