CHAPTER 195

An Act to amend and reenact Chapter 197 of the Acts of Assembly of
1950, approved March 14, 1950, which was incorporated by reference
by § 29-86.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to game wardens in
certain counties.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

l. That Chapter 197 of the Acts of Assembly of 1950, approved March
i4, 1950, which was incorporated by reference by § 29-36.1 of the Code
of Virginia, be amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 1. The governing body of any county having a population of not
ess than twenty-three thousand three hundred seventy-five and not more
han twenty-*four thousand * four hundred * fifty shall pay the game
warden of such county for services rendered to the county a salary of not
ess than fifty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars a month.
