An Act to amend and reenact § 8-200 of the Code of Virginia, relating to
peremptory challenge of jurors in certain cases. rH 310]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 8-200 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
follows: -

§ 8-200. In every case the plaintiff and defendant may each chal-
lenge * three jurors peremptorily when the jury consists either of five
or of seven.
