An Act to amend and reenact § 58-644 of the Code of Virginia, 1950.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 58-644 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 58-644. Definitions Except when the context clearly indicates a
different meaning the words and phrases defined in §§ 46-1, 56-273 and
56-291.3 shall when used in this article have the meanings respectively
