CHAPTER 133
An Act to validate certain marriages.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. All marriages heretofore solemnized outside this State by a minister
authorized to celebrate the rites of marriage in this State, under a license
issued in this State, and showing on the application therefor the place out
of this State where said marriage is to be performed, shall be valid as if
such marriage had been performed in this State.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
