Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 15-11 of the Code of Virginia be amended and reenacted as
follows:

§ 15-11. The board of supervisors of any county in this State may.
out of the general county levy of the county, apply and expend annually
a sum not exceeding * two thousand five hundred dollars for the purpose
of promoting agriculture in the county.
