An Act to regulate the use of certain firearms in hunting in Appomattox
and Buckingham Counties, and.to provide penalties. fH :

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to hunt game in the counties
of Appomattox and Buckingham with a rifle larger than twenty-two (.22)
caliber.

§ 2. Any person violating any provision of this act shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor.
