Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The conveyance made by the city of Radford on February twelve,
nineteen hundred fifty-one to Radford Limestone Company, Incorporated,
a corporation of the State of Virginia, of certain tracts of land in or ad-
joining the city of Radford, Virginia, is ratified, validated and confirmed.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
