CHAPTER 7
AN ACT to amend the Code of Virginia of 1950 by adding a section
numbered 30-14.2 to provide for the reenrollment of bills which
hace been amended in accordance with the recommendation of
the Governor. [HH 14]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia of 1950 be amended by adding a
section numbered 30-14.2 as follows:
§ 30-14.2. Reenrollment of bills amended in accordance with
the recommendations of the Governor required.—The Clerk of the
House of Delegates in his capacity as Keeper of the Rolls of the
State shall reenroll all bills which have been amended in ac-
cordance with the recommendation of the Governor, and after the
acting chairmen of the respective committees of the two houses on
enrolled bills have signed the same on the left margin of the first
pages thereof, such reenrolled bills shall be treated in the same
manner as provided in Section fifty of the Virginia Constitution
for every bill that has passed both houses, before being presented
to the Governor for his final action.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
