AN ACT to define the words “State Highway System” as used in
Chapter 13 Article 3 of the 1950 Code.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia that:

§ 56-355.1.—Notwithstanding the provisions of any other sec-
tions of this code, the words “State Highway System” as used in
Article 3 of this chapter shall be construed to be applicable to
both primary and secondary systems of State highways.
