AN ACT to authorize the Commission of Game and Inland Fish-
ertes to transfer and convey certain rights in exchange for
certain other rights.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries is
authorized to transfer and convey by proper deed a thirty foot
right of way along the water line on the West side of the
Vaughan Pond in the county of King and Queen, said right of
way to begin at a marker along the northwest shore of said pond
thence running along the shore line of said pond in a south-
westerly direction to a point, said right of way to be granted and
conveyed from the two and sixty-seven hundredths acre tract
standing in the name of the Commission and lying on the West
shore of said pond. Said conveyance to be made to the owners
of a certain tract, piece or parcel of land containing one and
five hundredths acres lying and being in the county of King and
Queen near the western end of the dam to the pond known as
‘‘Walker and Coleman’s Pond”; the conveyance to said owners
shall be in consideration of the conveyance to the Commonwealth
and to the Commission of the full and free right and liberty to
remove dirt, stone and gravel from said one and five hundredths
acre parcel hereinbefore described.
§ 2. The deeds of conveyance from, and conveyance to,
the Commonwealth and the Commission shall be subject to ap-
proval by the Attorney General.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from passage.
