CHAPTER 429
AN ACT to ratify and confirm the conveyance by the Medical Col-
lege of Virginia of all of its right, title and interest in and to
certain property located in the County of Pinellas, State of
Florida, to Mina R. Anderson.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the conveyance by the Medical College of Virginia to
Mina R. Anderson, of Largo, Florida, of all its right, title, interest,
claim and demand in and to that certain parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, being
Lot 8, Block F, Largo Heights, Section 34, Township 29 South,
Range 15 East, with all improvements thereon, which conveyance
was by deed executed by the Medical College of Virginia along
with the Salvation Army, a corporation existing under the laws of
the State of Georgia, Sheltering Arms Hospital, a corporation ex-
isting under the laws of the State of Virginia, Virginia Home for
Incurables, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
Virginia, and St. Paul’s Church Home, a corporation existing under
the laws of the State of Virginia, as grantors, said parcel of land
being a portion of the real estate of which Fitch Ingalls, a resident
of Virginia now deceased, died seized and which, under his last
will and testament, probated in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit
Court of Henrico County on the 31st day of January, 1938, and
recorded in Will Book 12, Page 205, passed to the Medical College
of Virginia and the other corporations named above as determined
by the Circuit Court of Henrico County in the chancery causes
lately therein pending under the short styles of Virginia Home for
Incurables, et als. v. Fitch Ingalls’ Executors, et als., and Fitch
Ingalls’ Executors v. Kate Felch, et als., be and the same is hereby
ratified and confirmed.
