CHAPTER 415

AN ACT to provide that the Commission of Game and Inland
Fisheries shall have jurisdiction for the control of seasons, bag
limits and all other matters relating to fish and fishing in
Claytor Lake in Pulaski County; and repealing all other acts
and parts of acts in conflict.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries shall have
jurisdiction for the control of seasons, bag limits and all other
matters relating to fish and fishing in Claytor Lake in Pulaski
County. All laws and parts of laws in conflict herewith are re-
pealed to the extent of such conflict.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from passage.
