CHAPTER 411

AN ACT to authorize the board of supervisors of Franklin county
to convey certain land to the Virginia Artificial Breeding
Association, Incorporated.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the board of supervisors of Franklin county is au-
thorized to convey, upon such terms and conditions as in its
judgment are proper, to the Virginia Artificial] Breeding Asso-
ciation, Incorporated, a nonprofit corporation, all or any portion
of that certain piece or parcel of land in the county of Franklin,
known as the county poorhouse farm.
