AN ACT to repeal §§ 38-156, 33-157 and 83-158 of the Code of
1950, relating to the discontinuance of certain roads or
landings and appeals to the Circuit Court in connection
therewith.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 38-156, 33-157 and 33-158 of the Code of 1950 are

repealed.
