AN ACT to add a section numbered 58-626. 1 to the Code of 1950
so as to define the expression “certificated motor vehicle
carrier” as used in Article 11 of Chapter 12 of Title 58.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of 1950 be amended by adding a section num-
bered 58-626.1 as follows:

§ 58-626.1. Definition—As used in this article the expres-
sion “certificated motor vehicle carrier” means a common carrier
by motor vehicle operating over regular routes under a certifi-
cate of public convenience and necessity issued by the Commission.
