CHAPTER 361

AN ACT to amend and reenact § 68-878 of the Code of 1950, re-
lating to transfer of juveniles from industrial schools to
the Virginia Industrial Farm for Women. rH 287]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 63-873 of the Code of 1950 be amended ‘and
reenacted as follows:

§ 63-373. Transfers to Virginia Industrial Farm for
Women.—Whenever, in the opinion of the superintendent of the
Virginia Industrial School for Colored Girls or of the Virginia
Home and Industrial School for Girls and of the Department,
a ward of the school is dangerous to the morals of the school
because of her behavior and advanced age, she may be trans-
ferred to the State Industrial Farm for Women, and when so
transferred a per diem allowance of sixty cents shall be allowed
out of the criminal fund.
