CHAPTER 320

AN ACT to amend and reenact § 15-64 of the Code of 1950 relat-
ing to pay of commissioners to rearrange magisterial dis-

tricts.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 15-64 of the Code of 1950 be amended and reenacted
as follows:

§ 15-64. Pay of commissioners and surveyor.—The com-
missioners and surveyor employed under § 15-61 shall each be
allowed * such sum as the governing body may prescribe not to
exceed twenty-five dollars a day for the time necessarily em-
ployed in the discharge of his duties, together with all the neces-
sary expenses incurred by him, to be paid by the county.
