CHAPTER 32
AN ACT to authorize the Board of Visitors of the Virginia School
for the Deaf and Blind at Staunton to grant and convey all
right, title, and interest of the Board and of the Virginia
School for the Deaf and Blind at Staunton in and to cer-
tain property in the city of Staunton to the city of Staunton
for the construction and maintenance of a highway, road,
or street and approaches thereto, known as the Staunton
Distribution Road.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Board of Visitors of the Virginia School for the
Deaf and Blind at Staunton is hereby empowered, upon such
terms as it deems proper, to grant and convey by proper deed,
signed and executed by such person or persons as are authorized
by the Board, all right, title, and interest of the Board and
School in and to so much of the land owned by the Board,
School, or by the State of Virginia as is necessary for the con-
struction and maintenance of a highway, street, or road, and
approaches thereto, known as the Staunton Distribution Road
in the city of Staunton, as shown on plans prepared by and on
file in the central office of the Department of Highways at Rich-
mond, designated as Project Fourteen Hundred Forty-eight.
2. An emergency exists and this bill is in force from its
passage.
