CHAPTER 304

AN ACT to amend the Code of 1950 by adding a section numbered
13-96.1 so as to permit the use of facsimile signatures and seal
on bonds and debentures issued by a corporation.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia :
1. That the Code of 1950 be amended by adding thereto a section
numbered 13-96.1, as follows:
§ 13-96.1. Form of bonds and debentures.—On any bond or
debenture heretofore or hereafter issued by a corporation of this
State which is countersigned or otherwise authenticated by the
signature of a trustee, the signatures of the officers of the corpora-
tion and the seal of the corporation thereon may be facsimiles, en-
graved or printed.
