CHAPTER 295
AN ACT to ratify and confirm a deed from Virginia Military
Institute, dated February 8, 1927, conveying five acres of
land, more or less, with improvements thereon, 1n Rock-
bridge County, Virginia, to Mrs. Martha Field Blair, of
Rockbridge County, Virginia.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That a deed made February 3, 1927, between the Virginia
Military Institute, Lexington, Virginia, by R. W. Massie, Presi-
dent, Board of Visitors, and L. E. Steele, Secretary, Board of
Visitors, recorded in the Clerk’s office of Rockbridge County,
Virginia, in Deed Book 145, page 84, conveying to Mrs. Mar-
tha Field Blair, Rockbridge County, Virginia, five acres of land,
more or less, with all improvements thereon, in Kerr’s Creek
Magisterial District of Rockbridge County, Virginia, and be-
ing all of that property, with improvements thereon, conveyed
to the Virginia Military Institute by deed dated October 1, 1921,
and recorded in the Clerk’s office of Rockbridge County, Vir-
ginia, in Deed Book 133, page 106, be, and the same hereby is,
ratified and confirmed.
