CHAPTER 239
AN ACT to amend and re-enact Section 38-65 of the Code of
Virginia of 1950 relating to certain refunds and allowances
by insurance companies, so as to correct an error appear-
ing in the recent recodtfication.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
i. That Section 38-65 of the Code of Virginia of 1950 be
xzmended and re-enacted as follows:
SECTION 38-65. Certain refunds or allowances permitted.—
Nothing in this * Title 38 shall be so construed as to forbid a
‘company transacting industrial insurance on a weekly payment
jlan with weekly collections of premiums at the homes of the
nsured, from returning to policyholders who have made pre-
nium payments directly to the company at its home office or
listrict offices, the savings which the company effects through
such direct payment, or to forbid a life insurance company from
illowing its bona fide employees to receive a commission on the
oremiums paid by them on policies on their own lives.
