ACT to repeal § 2-28 of the Code of 1950, relating to excep-
tions from vacation of public office on account of receiving
emoluments, etc., from the United States during the present

state of war.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
§ 2-28 of the Code of 1950 is repealed.
An emergency exists and this act is in force from passage.
