CHAPTER 170

AN ACT to amend and reenact § 38-189 of the Code of 1950 re-
lating to discontinuance of certain standard forms of insur-
ance contracts.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 38-189 of the Code of 1950 be amended and re-
enacted as follows:

§ 38-189. Discontinuance of forms previously adopted.—
Whenever, in the judgment of the Commission, there shall be no
further necessity for requiring the use of any standard form
theretofore adopted or approved by it under the provisions of
§ 38-187, * the Commission may enter an order to that effect
and thereafter the use of such standard form shall no longe:
be required.
