AN ACT to repeal § 3-822 of the Code of 1950 which continued
§ 1174 through § 1182, § 1184 and § 1189 of the Code of
1919, relating to adulteration and misbranding sh foods.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1.. § 3-322 of the Code of 1950 and § 1174 through § 1182,
§ 1184 and § 1189 of the Code of 1919 are repealed.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from passage.
