AN ACT to repeal § 3-284 of the Code of 1950, which continued
§ 1400 through § 1443 of the Code of 1919, relating to
inspection of flour and other commodities.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 8-284 of the Code of 1950 and § 1400 through § 1443
of the Code of 1919 are repealed.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from passage.
