CHAPTER 145

AN ACT to fix the season for taking fish in certain counties and
to prescribe penalties for violations.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to take or attemnt
to take any non-game fish in the waters and streams of Dicken-
son county at any time except during the season when bass or
trout may be lawfully taken in such waters and streams.
§ 2. Any person violating any provision of this act shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its
passage.
