Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That chapter thirty-seven of the Acts of Assembly Extra
session, of nineteen hundred forty-five, approved April five, nine-
een hundred forty-five be, and it hereby is, repealed.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
