Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia :

1. Section 1. The Superintendent of Public Instruction is hereby
ignated as the “State educational agency” for the disbursement of
ids received by the Commonwealth of Virginia under the provisions
Public Law three hundred ninety-six, seventy-ninth Congress, known
the “National School Lunch Act’’; and as such is authorized, em-
wered and directed to exercise the powers and perform the duties
ferred and imposed by the Act of Congress aforesaid.
