of Assembly, 1946, approved March 27, 1946, relating to classification, marking
and sale of eggs, the section relating to penalties. [S 243]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That section six of chapter three hundred twenty-seven of the
Acts of Assembly, nineteen hundred forty-six, approved March twenty-
seven, nineteen hundred forty-six, be amended and reenacted as follows:
Section 6. Any person, firm or corporation which by itself, its
agents or employees, who through failure to exercise reasonable care,
violates any provision of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
