Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. It shall be unlawful for any person to take, or attempt to take, any
fish by means of nets or seines, whether drift, set, haul or otherwise,
between the hours of twelve mid-night of Saturday and twelve o’clock
mid-night of Sunday in the waters of Pamunkey and Mattaponi Rivers
in King William County. Any person violating any provision of this act
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
