Chap. 311.—An ACT to authorize the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries
to lease or to sell and convey certain real estate in the county of Albena
Approved March 17, 1948
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries is hereby
authorized and empowered to lease, or to sell and convey by proper
deed, all the right, title and interest of the State of Virginia in and
to the following property:
All that tract of land containing eighty-eight and eight one-
hundredths (88.08) acres, more or less, lying on Spring Creek in
White Hall magisterial district of Albemarle County, Virginia, in-
cluding the body of water known as Lake Albemarle, and being the
land conveyed to the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries by
deed from A. T. Dulaney and others, dated August thirty, nineteen
hundred thirty-eight, and recorded in the Clerk’s office of the
circuit court of Albemarle county in Deed Book two hundred
forty, page five hundred ninety-four, to which deed and a plat
attached thereto reference is hereby made for a more particular
description.
Any lease or sale of the property herein described shall be
upon such terms and conditions, and the deed or instrument con-
veying such property shall be signed and executed in such manner
and form, as the Commission may prescribe.
