Chap. 295.—-An ACT to authorize the Town of Big Stone Gap to close and
vacate certain streets. (H 546)

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. Section 1. The Town of Big Stone Gap when it deems the
same proper may close and vacate Bank Street from its intersection
with Wood Avenue to a point opposite the southern or southeastern
corner of certain property owned by Stone, et al; the town is
further authorized to close and vacate Taylor Street from its inter-
section with Bank Street to its intersection with Jerome Street.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
