Chap. 21.—An ACT to authorize the governing bodies of the counties to make
gifts of money and other property in aid of non-profit making hospitals.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. The governing bodies of the counties are authorized to ap-
propriate moneys and to make other gifts of real or personal
property to be used in the construction or operation, or both, of
charitable or non-profit making hospitals.
