Chap. 192.—An ACT to authorize the Rector and Visitors of the College of
William and Mary in Virginia to convey the title and interest of the College
of William and Mary in that property known as the Matthew Whaley School
property, situate in the city of Williamsburg. {H 292]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The Rector and Visitors of the College of William and
Mary in Virginia are authorized, to convey to the Board of School
Trustees of the city of Williamsburg all right, title and interest
which the College of William and Mary has in and to that certain
real property, with the improvements thereon, located in the city
of Williamsburg, and commonly known as the Matthew Whaley
School property. Such conveyance shall be subject to the approval
of the Governor of Virginia, and when so approved, as evidenced
by written authority of the Governor of Virginia, the proper officers
of the College are authorized to execute and deliver a good and
sufficient deed conveying all right, title and interest of the College
of William and Mary in Virginia in and to said property, to the
Board of School Trustees of the city of Williamsburg.
