Chap. 19.—An ACT to amend the Motor Vehicle Code of Virginia by adding a
new section numbered 109-a, prohibiting the unauthorized taking, possession
or use of certain stickers, forms or pavers issued in connection with the
inspection of motor vehicles, and prescribing penalties therefor. [H 74]

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Motor Vehicle Code of Virginia be amended bv
adding a new section numbered one hundred nine-a, as follows:
Section 109-a. No person shall remove from the custody of
any person to whom the same have been issued by or under the
authority of the Superintendent of State Police, nor have in his pos-
session or use otherwise than as authorized by the superintendent
for the purposes set forth in the preceding section, any inspection
sticker or other form or paper issued by the superintendent in con-
nection with the inspection of motor vehicles authorized therein. Any
person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and punished accordingly.
