Chap. 179.—An ACT to validate a conveyance made by the College of William

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. The conveyance made by the College of William and Mary
on the eleventh day of August, nineteen hundred forty-seven to
Alfred R. Armstrong and Martha Barber Armstrong of an improved
lot of land in the city of Williamsburg, Virginia, is ratified, vali-
dated and confirmed.

2. An emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
