Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia as follows:

1. It shall be unlawful for any person to trap, hunt or kill any
d fox in the county of Scott at any time within two years from
ie first day of July, nineteen hundred forty-eight. Any person who
all violate any provision of this act shall be guilty of a misde-
eanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than
n dollars nor more than fifty dollars for each offense.
