Diascund Creek in New Kent County; to prohibit sale of herring so taken;

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. Section 1. It shall be lawful for any person to take herring
in the waters of Diascund Creek in New Kent County with a hand
dip net, provided that any such herring shall be taken only for
the use of the person so taking them.

Section 2. Any person selling herring taken from the waters
of Diascund Creek in New Kent County as above provided shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and punished accordingly.
