Chap. 92.—An ACT to amend Chapter 94 of the Acts of Assembly of 1934, ap-
proved March 7, 1934, short title of which is “The Alcoholic Beverage Con-
trol Act”, as amended, by adding a new section numbered 18-d to permit any
person holding a wholesale wine distributor's license to sell wines containing
more than fourteen per centum of alcohol by volume for sacramental purposes.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That chapter ninety-four of the Acts of Assembly of nineteen
hundred thirty-four, approved March seven, nineteen hundred thirty-
four, short title of which is “The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act”, as
amended, be amended by adding a new section numbered eighteen-d, as
follows:
Section 18-d. Sale of beverages containing more than fourteen
per centum of alcohol by volume for sacramental purposes.—Any person
holding a wholesale wine distributor’s license may, under such regula-
tions as the Board prescribes, sell wines containing more than fourteen
per centum of alcohol by volume for use only for sacramental purposes.
