sell and convey certain of its property and to appropriate the funds received

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, with the ap-
proval of the Governor in writing first obtained, is hereby authorized to
sell and convey to the Virginia Electric and Power Company all right,
title and interest of the Commonwealth and of the Commission in and
to any electric transmission line now existing or hereafter erected upon
the fish hatchery property of the Commission in the County of King and
Queen upon such terms and for such consideration as the Commission
deems proper. The Commission is further authorized to execute such in-
struments as are necessary to accomplish the objectives of this act.
The funds realized for such sale shall be paid into the State treasury
and are hereby appropriated to the Commission to be by it-expended.
