Chap. 55.—An ACT to authorize the State Hospital Board to grant and convey
unto Appalachian Electric Power Company, its successors and assigns, certain
easements of right of way on, over and across the property of Lynchburg
State Colony in the County of Amherst near the City of Lynchburg, Virginia.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. The State Hospital Board is authorized to grant and convey
unto Appalachian Electric Power Company; its successors and assigns,
by a proper deed or deeds executed by its chairman and under its seal and
upon such terms and conditions as it deems proper an easement of right
of way for the construction, maintenance and operation of an electric
light and power line on, over and across the property of Lynchburg State
Colony in the County of Amherst near the City of Lynchburg, Virginia.
The instrument granting and conveying such easement shall provide for
the reversion thereof to the Lynchburg State Colony in the event of the
abandonment of the right of way.
