Chap. 323.—An ACT for the relief of the Gus Dull Transfer Company. [S B 95]

Whereas, certain agents, employees and servants of the State High-
way Commission on February fourteenth, nineteen hundred forty-five,
engaged the services of the Gus Dull Transfer Company to move a large
power shovel which the State Highway Commission was not equipped
to move; and,

Whereas, while loading this shovel, the dipper struck and damaged
the cab of the truck ; now, therefore,

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That there be paid to the Gus Dull Transfer Company, out of
funds appropriated to the Department of Highways, the sum of thirty-
two dollars twenty-five cents, such payment to be made by the State
Treasurer upon.a warrant issued by the Comptroller.
