Chap. 320.—An ACT for the relief of Marcel C. Tissot. [S B 91]

Whereas, certain agents, servants and employees of the State High-
way Commission were making repairs to that road known as route one
in Prince William County, Virginia, on January fifth, nineteen hundred
forty-five; and,
Whereas, a roller belonging to the State Highway Commission
struck and damaged a passing car belonging to Marcel C. Tissot; now,
therefore,
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That there be paid to Marcel C. Tissot, out of funds appropriated
to the Department of Highways, the sum of thirteen dollars, such pay-
ment to be made by the State Treasurer upon a warrant issued by the
Comptroller.
